FAQ´s: Read Me
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, and we also accept Paypal payments and direct bank transfers if you are in Mexico. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
All prices on our site are based on the US dollar, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card.
We ship to the shipping address provided by you. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. If your address is not secure for drop off delivery please let us know so that we can accommodate a more secure delivery by requiring a signature.
All jewelry items are made to order. Please allow extra processing time.
For domestic orders, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 2-7 days for delivery.
For international orders, please allow 3-4 business days for processing and 5 -14 days for delivery. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.

We try our best to get you your goods before the estimated time.
Each piece of jewelry has been made by hand. Any natural variations are considered unique and characteristic of the crafting technique utilized in the making of the piece. We are not responsible for variations in color of stones or variations in items due to individual monitor color settings.
All Sale items are final sale. Regular priced merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange provided it is sent back within 7 days of receipt.
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return your items within 7 days of receipt to the address below. Include your order # on the outside of the package.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

➸All items purchased with a promotional discount code.
➸All items that have been clearly been worn and damaged by use. *Discretion on damage is ours alone.
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.
